A skin test is required 48 hours before all colour services.
We kindly request you arrive on time for your appointment. We try our best to accommodate late arrivals however there may be times where your service time will have to be reduced or your appointment rescheduled to another date. If the booking has to be moved, the late cancellation fee will apply.
THE HIVE operates a strict 24 hour cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations within this time will be charged a percentage of the hair service cost.
